Hutch' Story

Santa Barbara is a Village and a tightly knit community. Hutch feels fortunate to have been born and raised in Santa Barbara. Having grown up and moved throughout the SB area, he attended both public and private schools, living in several different neighborhoods. Hutch utilizes this first hand local knowledge to advise his clients in finding the perfect home to fit their needs.

After graduating with highest honors from the College of Creative Studies at UCSB, Hutch moved to New York City and then to Europe for several years, working as a photographer and filmmaker. He returned to Santa Barbara in order to help his family by taking over their real estate investments and allowing them to retire comfortably.

Working with Village Properties was a natural next step in the evolution of Hutch's careers.
